The leading provider of prescription drug care in the United States. The company distributes over one million drugs through its mail order pharmacies, and manages an additional 6 million drug claims from retail stores.

To improve the quality of the content delivered to clients through the company’s content management system. This system delivers personalized content to each customer based on the customer’s medical, prescription, and purchasing history. The company partnered with Reuters News Service in order to deliver customized health news and information to each individual customer, but was unable to integrate the news feeds into their content management system.

Develop a tool to retrieve and integrate specified Reuters data while maintaining the integrity of the company’s network infrastructure.

Galaxy analyzed the company’s network security requirements, and quickly developed an integration utility using unix scripts and FTP that retrieves and automatically loads the data from Reuters News Service into the company’s content management system.
