ur recruiting team utilizes a full range of recruiting methods including Internet resume banks and job posting sites, print ads, approved subcontractors and referrals from out consultant network.  In addition, our in-house database of over 150,000 technical resources has a variety of search strings and fields to target qualified applicants.

All candidates have an initial interview with a recruiter.  If the recruiter feels that the candidate’s experience and skill set match the job requirements, the candidate has a technical interview and completes an online technical evaluation.
